Return Policy

Integrity Candles will endeavour to ensure all orders are correctly packaged and sent efficiently. If a mistake is made on our behalf, you must notify us within 7 working days. Integrity Candles will only return incorrect orders on our own behalf.

We recommend that you check your confirmation order which will be sent to you via email to make sure your order is correct.

The decision for all other orders remains at the discretion of Integrity Candles.
