Shipping & Dispatch

Integrity Candles are individually handmade. Orders will on most occasions be dispatched within 3-7 working days. If there is a delay in any order, the customer will be notified by either email or phone. When placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email immediately after your purchase, and 24-48 hours providing an approximate dispatch date.

Integrity Candles use Australia Post to ship parcels within Australia. The postage is calculated according to the actual or cubic weight equivalent, whichever is greater.

When you shop on integritycandles.com.au, after you have added your items to the shopping cart and you are ready to check out, in the shopping cart please follow the required steps to calculate your shipping:

• STEP 1 - Choose "Standard" (within Australia)
• STEP 2 - Select Australia as your destination country and enter your postcode
• STEP 3 - Make sure you confirm your shipping option by clicking the confirmation button
