Integrity Candles will only supply if the customer agrees to the following terms & conditions:

Product

Please note Integrity Candles offers a product that is different & unique to every customer. Unique Textures & blemishes are part of this natural handmade product.

Wholesale Accounts

Wholesale are offered and approved by Integrity Candles. If the business is approved it will be given access to the wholesale area, & orders can be placed via the Integrity Candle Website.

Product Pricing

The Individual candle & product Prices on display exclude delivery cost. Additional delivery cost may apply to some items. I these cases the customer will be notified ASAP by either email or phone number.

Dispatch & Delivery

Integrity candles are individually hand made. Orders will on most occasions be dispatched within 3 – 7 working days. If there is a delay in any order the customer will be notified by either email or phone number supplied. When placing your order you will receive a confirmation email within 24-48 hours providing an approximate dispatch date and items you have ordered.

Credit Terms

Integrity Candles accepts Visa & Mastercard or direct deposit. Full payment must be made before dispatch.

Return Of Goods

Integrity Candles will endeavour to ensure all orders are correctly packaged and sent efficiently. If a mistake is made on our behalf you must notify us within seven working days. Integrity Candles will only return incorrect orders on our own behalf. Please double check you confirmation order to what you have ordered. The decision for all other orders remains at the discretion of Integrity Candles.
