The Scent is floral & very sweet. In different cultures the frangipani is associated with many different beliefs. Its sweet and somewhat seductive scent has often been used in love potions over time. In Polynesian culture the flower is used to indicate a women’s relationship status. A married woman will wear the flower over her left ear. Over her right when she is free to be asked for courtship.
Ylang Ylang originally came from Indonesia where it means flower of flowers. Ylang Ylang is a highly sensual and very sweet scent often used in massage oils. An aphrodisiac as well as a stimulant, interestingly the flower was burnt in ancient Muslim palaces in areas reserved for women only.

The blend uses just the right amount of Australian Beeswax for beautiful textures; two types of WWF certified vegetable waxes for hardening and longevity purposes. And the highest quality (food-grade- non toxic) paraffin wax to give the beautiful bright orange glow in our candle flames. When the candle burns down, the wax is melted away revealing the stones at the base of the candle. The flame will glisten amongst the rocks until it eventually goes out. Just beautiful.  |
