Our Free Shipping offer applies to orders over $119 for delivery within Australia, except in certain circumstances. Some remote rural areas may be outside the range of our delivery services. Deliveries outside metropolitan and regional areas may incur additional shipping costs. In these cases, we will contact you to discuss a shared arrangement. It may be possible to come to a mutual arrangement to pay for the shipping. Integrity Candles will readily refund any payments made if you then decide not to proceed with your order. 

It is our policy to despatch orders within 5 working days of payment, however we are often able to despatch orders the following day. If there is a delay on any order, you will be notified by either email or phone. When placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email immediately after purchase, and once again when to order is dispatched.

Integrity Candles products are individually handmade, so production times vary.

Integrity Candles mostly uses Australia Post and Amarex to ship parcels within Australia, and Australia Post to ship overseas.

Overseas shipping prices vary, so please contact us prior to finalising your purchase to discuss your preferred carrier.

AUSTRALIA

Orders of $119 and under are shipped at a flat rate of $20 AUD.
Orders over $119 are shipped free.

INTERNATIONAL

Orders of $89 and under are shipped at a flat rate of $40 AUD.
Orders over $89 are shipped at a flat rate of $80 AUD.

Cauldron Shipping

Due to the enormous size of the Cauldrons, or multiple large items, Integrity Candles will pay the first $80 toward the cost of shipping your order to your destination.
